There are two ways to read this chart.

For equal probabilities, striker's ball needs to be that percent
of the distance away. For example, if you can roquet a ball three
out of four times from 20 feet away, then you could run a hoop that same
three out of four times from 14 feet away (52% of 20 feet).

For equal distances from striker's ball, the relative probabilities
are given. For example, if you can roquet a ball three out of four
times from 20 feet away, then you could run a hoop three out of eight times
(52% of 3/4) from that same 20 feet away.
