CROQUET GALLERY: Early Morning Autumnal Fantasy

I started with thoughts of an elegant croquet player perhaps somewhat mystical and light coming through the branches of trees early one morning. I've always liked the photo of 19 year old Nina Coote from Ireland in How to Play Croquet by W.H. Peel, with her stylish hat, and long dress trailing along behind her. Of course, Nina became a spiritualist later in life so it is tribute to her in a fantasy setting.
