CROQUET NEWS:  Tony Whateley Visits Maui Croquet Club

Tony Whateley of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, visited the Maui Croquet Club during a very bad rain storm. Roads were closed by standing water all over Maui, and Tony had to talk to Waipuilani Park on the first day of his visit. A large puddle developed beside the court, but that did not stop play.

Tony beat Paul Ramm 17-10; but fell to Tim Wheeler 17-14, and Leo Nikora 26-19.

Club members enjoyed meeting and playing with Tony, and hope to play with him again someday on his home court.
